Are you using your nowtv box over wifi or by an Ethernet cable.
If you are using wifi when you go into the box settings, under About, Network does it say the wifi reception is fine on your box and what happens if you try check connection in the network sub menu.
Maybe try these trouble shooting steps in this linked help guide to see if any works.

If nothing in the trouble shooting steps above doesn't work and you are seeing an error message on everything you attempt to watch with your nowtv pass, then see if switching off the router by the electrical mains for about 20 minutes makes any difference.
