Make sure wifi is available when you turn on your NOWTV box; 1st time you start it, it'll take you through the simple process to connect to either a wifi or wired connection; you need for NOWTV to discover the wifi signal with the SSID you've assigned.
Then input the Router's password; you'll only need to do this once, unless SSID name is subsequenty altered.
Ignore the wired connection option unless you want to connect via a LAN cable from your Router.
Once your NOWTV box is connected to your router the signal is output to your TV via a HDMI cable from NOWTV box to one of the TV's hdmi sockets.
If you've an LG or certain SAMSUNG Smart TV's you won't need NOWTV box.
