Whoops something went wrong.

we have today signed in, tried to load, ITV Player, BBC iPlayer and netflix and nothing is loading - on ITV Hub we get whoops something went wrong try again or cancel, so we have doen both, but still nothing, we have rebooted and tried again and still get the same errors or nothing loading past 24% BBC Iplayer just wont load at all. the apps and programmes are there to choose, but when you do you get nothing

Although normally after performing a factory reset should do the trick. Have you tried to unplug your router for a few minutes?

 

Take it when you mentioned "reset" was this back to factory settings?
