If you can run a hard wired Ethernet cable for a more stable internet connection then i would say the NowTV Smart box.
Should you be looking at connecting the stick or box over wifi and not interested in YouTube, Netflix or BBC iPlayer App having the ability to offer 4K HDR or having the auto refresh frame rate then save yourself a couple of quid and go with the NowTV Smart Stick.
If it was me and you can get the Smart Box for under £30 then i would plump for the NowTV 4K smart box which is more future proof than the stick.
