Why cant i sign in on the now tv app on the now tv smart box, I keep trying and it just says oops something went wrong, try again later...I have been trying again later since yesterday!
It is connected to the internet and I have never had this problem before??
It isn't a username or password issue as It doesn't even let me get to the stage of entering it details!
On the TV guide is says No information try again.
The clock is an hour behind and the settlings won't allow me to change that.
Very frustrating as I can only watch catch up no live tv (normal tv channels).
Does anybody have a telephone number, as per no number to call!!!!

Even if you are on the same software version, still update it just in case your current software is corrupted in some way.
