I ordered broadband & it’s due to install next week. I just ordered an entertainment pass. It said my pass starts today .... but I don’t have any equipment or broadband service. Will they send the stick/box to me or does it come with the installation engineer?

With the NowTV Broadband order you will only be sent a Hub Router for the internet.
Should you wish to use the NowTV Entertainment Pass then you need to supply your own devices.

If you don't own any of the devices on the link above, the cheapest hardware to buy would be either a NowTV Stick or Roku Player from places like Currys, Argos, Tesco's etc (assuming your television has an HDMI port on it spare).
