Are you and your NOW TV 'smart' box located within the ITV Wales region @Anonymous User?

I have tried finding this TV show on both my nowtv box itv hub app and my smart TV itv hub app with the additional search function feature without any success.

Tried both a Welsh and English post code without any joy.

Maybe try the ITV Hub website with a internet browser to check if this show is available on the ITV Hub service ?

Hi

I have managed to find it here...

http://www.itv.com/walesprogrammes/coast-and-country

Follow the link and it only wants to play on an IOS device....

Not much help on a Windows laptop, or am I missing something?

Yep, very strange: -

Looks like there's an issue at ITV's end...

I am using a Windows 10 tablet and like you, when attempting to play the video file getting the same message about the video will only play on an IOS platform.

So you are not doing anything wrong, prehaps a computer geek on here could suggest a work around to overcome this ?

Same here. A question I wanted answering too. I can confirm that it also works on the android platform too.

Thanks for the link

From looking around that error means that it is having trouble with the html5 player, defaults to this if flash is not installed

I had no luck with Chrome or Edge, but Internet Explorer works fine here for that link (with flash installed)
