Sound Cuts Out on Freeview Channels

Need some help had my smart box with freeview since July but does anyone know why only 5STAR sound cuts out

Thanks for your help , I have bought new smart box from Argos how my other box was faulty because no issues with 5STAR , 5STAR+1 on new box

Glad your replacement smart box has resolved your sound issue problem, though it was strange that your previous smart box sound only seemed to cut out on the 5 STAR Freeview TV channels Smiley Happy

 

Anyway the main thing is that you are sorted out now, lets hope the sound Gremlins don't come back on your new replacement smart box whilst watching any of the Freeview TV channels including 5 STAR or + 1 Smiley Happy
