Yep same for me this morning, tried a reset and nothing.
I've contacted now tv, they made me go through their normal checklist of stupid questions before admitting their technical team is working on the problem
So it must be an update that's the box isn't liking then but how long till they fix it ?. It only the smart box that's always been the problem the four other work fine !! And the smart in the living room 😡

Exactly the same here too for me. Clearly they havent tested this update

Worrying part is if they have sent out an update which has frozen the box, how are they going to apply a fix !
