Hi all, just bought a smart box and registered. Set up went well and all seems working, except the picture on my TV ''shaking'' up and down slightly. Anyone !!!!!!

Hi @Andy-S - I have the same shakey problem with my new Now TV smart box on my Samsung TV (model number: LE40N87BDX/XEU). Would it be possible to get the fix too please?

Thanks for your post.
I have sent that serial number of to get the fix deployed for you.
As I have said in the other posts it can take upto 48 hours after this time run a manual update and should be resolved for you.

Oh my box was fine for the three minutes of plugging in untill the software got updated and introduced the Samsung Shake.
How do I roll back to a stable system on my model#4500SK-UK with S/No 568867G051086 ??
