Smart box stopped working

Cannot get any free view channels any longer no matter what I try
Can't watch any apps itv player no sky movies etc as interest keeps dropping out...ending what in was watching and chucking me back to the start

Have now tried using wired broadband with still no joy..my broadband is 100% working the smart box is not
And I'm missing my sky movies 2 months pass for 2.99 😡

Out of curisoity who is your broadband provider.

Perhaps try the steps in this trouble shooting help guide (ignore step 4 and to factory reset the smart box push and keeping holding in the small reset switch for about 20 secs on the bottom of the smart box).

It's virgin media

I only have the Internet problem with my now tv box...all other 10 devices are fine

I've done factory via the settings but not via the actual box itself.

I will give a try later ...thank god I have amazon fire stick so I can watch itv and BBC on there

Try the trouble shooting steps in the help article link and also have a read of this thread where Virgin Broadband customers have encountered difficulties connecting their smart box to their Hub Router since a recent nowtv firmware update.

Perhaps try all of the suggestions on this thread below, which might get your smart box up and running again.
