We've got a npw TV account with Entertainment package. We can watch ok on living room TV, but as upstairs TV is JVC, we've bought the Now TV Smart Box. We are only using one device at once, we can see things we want to watch on our package, but when we press play, we get the spinning circle for a minute, then just back to image of what we want to play. Any ideas? We've tried factory reset.
