Smart Now TV not working getting a blue screen on TV

I have today gone live with my broadband and Now TV, I have a black smart now TV box , when I plug it all in I getting nothing but a blank blue screen on my TV, I don't have another TV to try plugging into, have tried all other possible fixes like swapping cables, changing HDMI ports , resetting smart TV box need some help here getting very frustrated

What's the make and model number of your TV ?

Hi Welcome to the fourm, it sounds like you may be on the incorrect source on the tv? have you tried different sources, also is the box itself showing a white light? or is it completely off.
