Is anyone else having problems getting their smart box delivered? I ordered one on 24/11/16 and I'm still waiting. I've been fobbed off with a tracking number but it still doesn't show on the Royal Mail website so it's not even been sent yet!

Your problem sounds most odd as NOW TV are usually very quick at sending their products out...
