I bought a new smart box in December and i love it. But i've noticed recently that it freezes when i'm watching freeview channels. I have to change channel and then return to the original channel to start watching again. It doesn't happen anywhere else just freeview. Should i return it to the store i bought it from for a replacement or is there an easy fix?

Thanks for getting in touch with us, As the freeview channels come through an aerial signal and not through the internet the reason its freezing may be due to poor signal perhaps changing the location the aerial is situated or rebooting the box may help with this. Now TV does not own or maintain the freeview channels so unfortunately there is not much troubleshooting to help resolve these issues and you may be best checking the folowing site digitaluk.co.uk/ regarding freeview channels which may offer some solutions.
