Sky Sports News works without subscription

Was about to sign up with the £12.99 offer and noted that Sky Sports News is working despite not having a subscription.

Did also note it took one of my unused device slots.

Also works on a Now TV stick.  But not a Roku stick.

You don't have to have a sports pass to watch Sky Sports News on your nowtv box or stick.

Where if you have an active entertainment, cinema, kids or Hayu nowtv pass on your account you can watch SSN either via the SSN App or alternatively going to the SSN live channel on the now & next sports EPG.

Or if you had a one day or one week sports pass you can have access to SSN for 30 days.
