Also i am assuming you are watching one Cinema Membership stream at a time (unless you have the additional Boost Membership).
The Loading on the NOW Roku box might be poor internet connection.
Have you tried both WiFi and Ethernet if the trouble shooting steps in the link doesn't help and if using WiFi try a different WiFI channel and both bands if you have a dual band Router.
