Sky Cinema live doesn't work on 4K Box

Since Sky Cinema launched today, I haven't been able to stream the live channel using the 4K Smart Box.

The channel works fine on my other connected devices, except the box.

I'm wondering if it's to do with having the Now TV Boost?  All my other devices only stream up to 720p and they're fine. 

I used the live chat option who could only recommend rebooting and resetting the box which I did twice and signing in again.

There's no error code, except for the "Sorry, Something Went Wrong" notification.

Not to sound rude, but what do you mean with Sky Cinema launching today?

The cinema pass has always been available to stream on all Now TV enabled devices. 

Have you attempted to watch/test it on another device such as smart phone/tablet?
