Sign in issues - email won’t give enough characters

Hey! 

When trying to log on to Now Tv via our TV the sign in page won’t let us enter the full characters for the email address. Unfortunately it won’t accept our username. 

We can log into account on other devices inc phones with the same information but the tv log in won’t let us type it out.

Have reset box etc but no luck. 

Please help!

If you are using a NowTV smart box (either with the pink or blue nowtv logo on the top of the box casing) then maybe try a full factory reset.

See if pressing the Home button 5 times then quickly press the Fast Forward button 3 times, then quickly press the Rewind button 2 times on the remote.

Once the secret screen menu shows select Factort Reset.

If the above doesn't work, then on the bottom of the box, press and hold the small reset button for about 15 secs.

Hopefully if the box goes through a factory reset, then you will be asked to enter your email address / username & password on the nowtv website with a PC or smarphone together with a 6 digit activation code shown on your TV screen which is the newer method of setting up the box.
