I have not been sent anything by NOWTV other than the internet hub.

Should NOWTV have sent me a NOW Box or Smart Stick?

@CarolAnnC21 Now don't make or supply any equipment for viewing TV so you'll need to supply your own. You may already have devices that it's available on.

If you don't, then the most popular devices are Amazon Firestick or Roku stick.

Many thanks Saint1976 for the help. I received an Amazon Firestick the next day and am all set up and enjoying so many films.
