Set up problem

Am trying to set up NOW TV on a tv that is not connected to a satellite dish, only a TV aerial connector... don't want SKY FILMS etc, only freeview for my work shop... am being asked for username / password but not being accepted and get a sorry something went wrong message....

 

any suggestions before the box goes through the window!!

 

Help!!

Welcome to the forum. Have you made sure you've fully set up your NOW TV account with payment card etc (if you've signed up for a new account you need to choose one of the free trials even if you don't intend to carry on with them)? Even if you aren't interested in any of the NOW TV passes you still need to do this in order to set up the NOW TV box initially.

 

Dont forget to cancel any free trials before they end if you don't want them to roll over into paid passes.
