Secret screens

Is there / can there be a list of secret screens in one place, possibly stickied? Maybe referred to as diagnostic screens instead. It's frustrating searching the whole forum and not know if there's another screen which might provide better info.

HOMEx5 FF PLAY REW PLAY FF.....Platform Secret Screen, system operations menu (reboot, sleep, pings, screen resolutions), IP info, wireless secret screen link

HOMEx5 REWx3 FFx2.............Bit Rate Override menu (n/a for NOW TV)

I've omitted one secret screen that shouldn't be tampered with at all. Hope that helps.

Better add a warning for anybody else reading this that if you are not sure what you are doing best not to open any of these diagnostic  screens or change any settings unless directed to by a member of the NOW TV team or a help article.

@Andy ... Thanks, appreciated.

Of course, knowledge is power and with power comes responsibility.

There is a minor error in the list above:

The  remote key inputs for the Channels Info and Developer Settings screens are swapped.

Welcome to the forum. It's HOME 5 times then REW three times then FF twice. However that option has no effect on the performance of the NOW TV service so it should be left on the default 'automatic'. If you're having other problems with using your box have a look through the relevant section of the forum for tips, or feel free to start a new post.

Changing the bit rate override will have no effect on your streaming video quality, just leave it in automatic.

If you want to access that secret menu, then just press (single quick press) on the buttons on your NowTV remote in the sequence quoted until the screen pops up.

Sometimes it takes a few attempts.
