Remote control won't rewind/pause etc

I've set up my new box and paired the remote but the rewind/pause/fast forward wontw respond when watching on demand stuff

Just wondering does the Play / Pause, FF & RW buttons on your smart remote work on the nowtv live channels and things like YouTube, BBC iPlayer etc ?

Same issue here - fine until a couple of days ago.

Have same issue on old black box and a newer stick.

I've found that if I watch a snippet of a film first and use the RW/FF buttons and THEN watch a TV show the buttons work.

Still can't pause or rewind live TV though

Has this been resolved? I'm having the same issues, I can't pause, rewind, and fast forward when on demand, and can't seem to find a way to fix it on the forums.

Hi, it seems to be ok now. If it does happen I just go back to home screen, play something else for a minute while testing out the RW and FF, then go back to the program I actually wanted to watch.

Same thing happening for me, when I go back to a Movie play/pause works. But upon returning to a TV show it still doesn’t work.
