Remote Contol is far better with the Smart box.

For anyone who had difficulties with the remote on the older black NowTV box, things are way better with the Smart box.

I can now say for definite that the issue with the older box (as many suspected) was the sensor position on that black (Roku3) version.

With the Smart box, I can point any remote anywhere in the room (also works with the old black and white remotes) and the Smart box (which is behind glass in a cabinet)responds perfectly. Lovely!

Yeah you right, this was one of the first things that i noticed when testing the smart box during the trials.

If you are frustrated with the poor IR sensitivity of the standard black box, this new smart box works like a dream with the nowtv infra red remote controller.
