Radio screen on stv HD channel

When i go to the TV guide and sit on the stv HD channel it shows in the top box but when i actually press OK to watch it, the screen shows for a second then goes to the blue radio screen. Any ideas?

Hi @Anonymous User

Have you tried a channel retune?

 

If you haven't to do this, go to the 'settings' menu and select 'TV channels'. There you will find the option to conduct a retune

What happens if you factory reset the smart box and then retune your Freeview TV channels ?

If you factory reset the box you will have to re enter all your details again onto your smart box.
