Problem setting up Smart Box

Having trouble setting up my smart box. Working fine up until I get to the "just need to check your not a robot" stage, where it will just take me back to the log in page. Any help?

Hi Pat, welcome to the fourm, can we ask are you setting up your smart box through the internet on the nowtv page? or using the smart box itself to set up, as the robot section is not on the box but the internet page during intial set up, try using a different browser or device to do this.

I'm using the box, and it's not letting me get past that stage. Looked all
over the website, and don't really know what to do about.

Are you trying to set up an account with the box or do you already have an account? if you do not already have an account and trying to set one up it would be best to do this online using a compatible device.

Then when the box is ready to go, just log in with your username and password

If you have fully setup your nowtv account and bank card details already on the nowtv website, then maybe try some of the things mentioned in this thread linked below.
