Picture Blurry

I have the Now TV smart box, Everything has been going fine , But recently when watching live sports after about 30 minutes the picture goes blurry for a few seconds than gets nice and clear for a few minutes before going blurry again. And continues doing this . This seems to be since the last upgrade . Has anyone else noticed this happening. This is connected by Ethernet.

@schnapps @gavs82008   Thank you both for your advice, I have been watching live sports on WI FI and everything is perfect.

There must be something wrong with the Ethernet cable .

Still while I have a good picture with the WI FI there’s no point really in using the Ethernet way.

Perhaps getting another Ethernet cable to test out to determine if it was indeed the cable and not the ports on the box. 

Glad you got it resolved with Wi-Fi though 😎

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
