In need of advice or information due to having to pay £40 just for broadband and basic package there was a jump in price from March of 25 - 40 with no extra packages brought and the internet is really slow what do we do as there's no one to call to resolve the problem thanks

Back in March when you was coming out of the 12 month Contract NowTV normally sends out an email, with a number of different price options.
Did you get the email ?
If not check your deleted email folder and junk email folder (also go to My Account > Broadband & Calls where there is a section on Messages to see if there has been any communication).
Anyway what you need to do is to phone the NowTV Broadband Team to renegotiate a new 12 month deal.
Whilst on the phone, tell them that your Broadband is also slow and you need further assistance and help to improve their Broadband service.
Open this link below (make sure you are logged in the Community Forum with your Broadband sign in details) and a telephone number in green should be highlighted on your screen page.
