Other broadband with the Freeview Box

I'm looking at getting the Now TV box, but might be being a bit dim here. Am I able to use the box as a freeview device whilst having other broadband providers? I already have a subscription to Now TV also

Thanks

You will be fine using the NowTV smart box with other broadband providers (i use my smart box with BT).

Just log into the smart box with your existing NowTV account details and make sure you have a TV aerial.

One thing to note, that the smart box has no recording facility and only has a live pause function (approx 30 mins).

There is some more info here about the NowTV smart box (the box with the blue nowtv logo on the top).

Also, you can check your Freeview coverage by using this useful link below.

@Karl-F

I think the NowTV Team might need to re word the section in this help guide article about "Can i use more than one NowTV box with my account"

https://help.nowtv.com/article/what-is-a-now-tv-box

Where on the drop down menu it states "Yes you can connect as many NowTV Boxes as you like within your home" which we know is not true.

This could mislead new customers who are not familiar with the maximum four device limit on a single NowTV account.
