When you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers on here if the passes hasn't automatically started or automatically applied after any existing passes on your account has expired.
Then normally there should be a message towards the top of the screen page saying something like " Vouchers Waiting " your have X number of vouchers saved on your account with a link to click on.
If one of vouchers is a one day sports pass then that's where it is usually saved.
