Ah that makes sense now, i didn't think of that, where i was wrongly assuming that you was looking to purchase a new stick and you wasn't waiting for a replacement under a warranty return or some sort of NowTV free stick promo offer.
Firstly see if by going to My Account > Orders & Appointments section whilst logged in here if there is any indication of delivery of your stick.
If there is no information given, then pop over to live chat to see if they can give you dates when the NowTV Stick will be back in stock.
To reach live chat, open the link below, select the most relevant or nearest topic, then once at the final step of the process scroll down towards the bottom of the screen page and click on the drop down arrow below Get in Touch.
