Now tv smart box..

Hi there, I've recently bought the new now tv smart box, in the hope that I can use my broadband connection to run free view in the same way you use the broadband to view your passes. I have found that you need an aerial which now tv failed to mention, so Ive gone out an bought an indoor aerial however it's not working either can anyone help? What aerial do I use? NOW TV should really be more clear on their products!!

@Anonymous User an indoor should work if you are close enough to transmitter. However there is an app on the boxes called playto which works alongside an android app. You can use that to watch tv via filmon.

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

It's actually stated on the green side of the box and on the bottom of the box that a TV aerial is required in order to view the Freeview channels.

 

An indoor or outdoor aerial should do - signal strength and quality permitting...
