Now tv box keeps skipping back
The last few days when we are watching channel 5 on smart boxit randomly jumps back about 20 mins to parts we have already seen and have to fast forward to catch up. It happens on other channels but not as much. Brought a new smart box as we thought it could be that but happening on tge new one. Anyine k ow what it could be

As of now 9.25am 12 Mar a week has passed since i requested this update and neither of my boxes have found or processed any updates. Why not? When might these updates be released to those of us who have taken the time to diagnose the problem and update this thread as requested?

Hi All,
We're sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused.
We've began rolling out the firmware to the NOW TV Boxes and should have this rolled out to all customers tomorrow.
I shall post an update in this thread to let you know when this has been fully rolled out tomorrow.

Finally one of my boxes has found an update to install - v8.0.3.4181 . i will install it now 5.30pm 13 Mar 2018 but the way we have been treated so far does not instill much confidence...
