Now tv box keeps skipping back

The last few days when we are watching channel 5 on smart boxit randomly jumps back about 20 mins to parts we have already seen and have to fast forward to catch up. It happens on other channels but not as much. Brought a new smart box as we thought it could be that but happening on tge new one. Anyine k ow what it could be

We've just updated our previous post, we'll also need your Device ID. 

 

This can be found by going to Settings > System > About. 

 

If you just edit your previous post or post a new comment we'll pick this up our end.

Hi All

 

We sent our first batch of users to be given the update on Monday morning. This was for all users who posted before then, we'll be sending another batch to be provided with the updated. 

 

You may need to force the update through and you can do this by going to Settings > System > System Update. 

 

Remember we need both your serial number and device ID.

Hi Lainey, 

 

Can you please both numbers required for the updated - both numbers can be found here: Please power up the box and head to Setting > System > About - and provide us with the number that starts with XY - this may be labelled as serial number.
