This is beyond a joke now, its driving me nuts. I have just tried factory reset, and then adding wifi details, login details & retuned TV channels, to find nothing has changed.
Reading this forum again for any updates, to find I have 2 NowTV boxes that are so enfuriating to watch freeview TV on, and its not being updated until March.
I have had a replacement box for the same reason. It made no difference. They told me they didn't want the old box back but the new one has the same fault. Skipping back & ifuriating as you miss part of the program just for pausing for a few minutes.. I have had this ongoing for 2 months now & I have only been with NowTV for 3 months. Not a very good start. Think I might go back to Virgin at this rate. There is no update available on my system. Says it's already up to date but this awfully annoying problem persists. I cant pause anything otherwise I risk missing part of the programme.
We sent our first batch of users to be given the update on Monday morning. This was for all users who posted before then, we'll be sending another batch to be provided with the updated.
You may need to force the update through and you can do this by going to Settings > System > System Update.
Remember we need both your serial number and device ID.

You can find both the numbers you need by following these steps here: Please power up the box and head to Setting > System > About - and provide us with the number that starts with XY - this may be labelled as serial number.
