My now box isn't connecting to WiFi i haven't changed my WiFi password it connected to WiFi the other day.
Have done full network reset still no joy will try Ethernet connection before full factory reset software version is up to date.

Yes had to do the full factory reset from scratch now connecting to WiFi.

If memory serves me right with the NOW branded devices the connection to Wi-Fi is temperamental and often needs to get a factory reset to give a kick back into gear.
