No tv at all on smart box - help!!!!!!!

Just turned tv on and all that is showing on screen is my apps, app store and settings. No Home key, Tv guide Tec. Looks like it checked system at 12.45am this morning. I did a manual check for updates and scanned tv channels again, but nothing has changed. Help?

I would firstly try pressing the reset button underneath the bottom of the smart box, if that fails you may have to go into the smart box menu settings and select factory reset.

 

Should you factory reset the smart box you will have to re enter all your details again on the box including a re scan of the TV channels.
