My box isn’t working.... but phone line is working fine anyone got any ideas

I am assuming you mean the NOW Hub Router with NOW Broadband ?
Are the three green lights showing on the front of the NOW Router (assuming it's the Hub 2) or is the middle light amber or red ?

It'll be flashing amber and after a few flashes, light turns off and in a few seconds same cycle repeats.

Double check the wiring between the Router and telephone master socket to ensure everything is tight and not loose.
Also try pressing the reset button on the back of the Router for about 10 to 15 seconds.
If still no luck, then give the NOW Broadband Team a call using the telephone number on the link page below.

I've got the same issues, flashing amber light on internet that turns off and on again and again.
Go to fix my issue and it can't cause I've no internet connectivity.... Well no kidding, that's what I want fixed.
And why is it so hard to find out if it's a disruption in my area?

Just been over on Sky Broadband Twitter Page and there seems to be a lot of outages around the country which Sky are working through.
According to some Sky Tweets they are blaming "Storm Arwen" over the weekend.
You could phone the NOW Broadband Team for further assistance and help.
