No Subtitles

No subtitles since last night on the smart box.

They are On in the menu and On in the movie's bar but they are not showing anymore.

 

Also last night was a very bad connection. Couldn't watch a movie as it was buffering all night. I tried connecting to "guest" account as well but same. Today is better.

 

Virgin media internet provider just to mention.

Just to UPDATE if anyone else face this issue

 

FACTORY RESET has solved this problem for me. 🙂

I am having the same problem on samsung smart tv but reset did not solve it... 😞
