No Phone Socket

Hi, my package is for broadband and phone but I can't see where to plug my phone in (landline).

See this explanation from BT, though it is broadly the same whoever supplies your service.

If your master socket has only outlet, then you need a microfilter, as shown lower down, which plugs in there and provides two outlets, one for broadband (small plug) and one for phone service (larger plug).

With this arrangement, you need a microfilter on every extension socket in the property that you wish to use, should you have any and want to use one or more of them, so you can plug a phone in without that and your broadband interfering with one another.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
