New smart box

I have set up my box following the instructions and it has been linking for the last 30 minutes with no progress, any help welcome please

Can you tell us what happens exactly? are you not able to get past the loading screens at all? has it allowed you to log in and does it show any error messages? also have you tried rebooting and trying again to see if this helps or not? as it may hve got stuck when connecting to the servers.

Thank you for your reply, I got fed up of waiting for it so I rebboted and it is now working. A bit concerned how hot the box is after only been in use a short time, is this normal please?

Shouldn't be too hot @Anonymous User

 

Just be sure that its in an area that well circulated and it should be fine. However if it continues to be really hot it might be worth taking it back for an exchange just incase.
