What a mess the new Now TV experience is??
New homepage ?
Slower to navigate as cant get to item as quickly as before.
Constantly loading homepage again and again when you switch pages
Cant be bothered to search for new stuff so I check on my phone now tv app as it is easier than the smart box. Terrible
I can't understand how the new homepage is meant to improve the users experience. The previous homepage was very fluid and easy to navigate from point to point. Now i spend more time watching the homepage telling me it is loading again and again and again. The lack of understanding that if it takes longer to find what we want then is it better?? NO IT NOT
Can someone please run some time and emotion study when using Now tv and tell me I am wrong.
Don't lose the edge you already had. The new system is terrbile
