NO BROADBAND NEW CUSTOMER

I was supposed to go live 2 days ago. It hasn’t happened. Despite 3 phone calls, attempted at live chat and sent a message the best response you get is ‘tier 2’ will get back to you within 72 hours! I questioned was I hearing right? I’ve never ever know this in a provider!!! I completely regret switching to NowTV and I am utterly disgusted at how poor their customer care is! I’m totally frustrated and can’t believe the company runs like this. Poor!!! Extremely poor
