My nowntv smart box has not come with the 1 month kids tv and sky cinema otnwas meant to

Hi I have bought the now tv smart box with 4k and voice search. It has not got the 1 month sky cinema and kids tv in my account it only offers a 14 day free trial

If there was no paper scratch card vouchers in the box that came with your 4K smart box.

Then the newer method that nowtv are using is that once you have set up and activated the box on your existing account then the vouchers should normally be automatically uploaded onto your account.

Have you checked by going to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst signed in on here, if there is a message at the top of the screen page saying " Vouchers Awaiting For You" with a green link button to press to redeem your vouchers ?

See screen shot below showing my Passes & Vouchers on my account with the vouchers awaiting for you message towards the top of the screen page.
