since last week my movies wont play as it always says oops something went wrong. I dont know whats going on how can I resolve this?

I am assuming you are using a nowtv box or stick and if none of the trouble shooting steps work in this linked help guide below, then maybe try switching the power off to your router for about 20 to 30 minutes to see if that makes any difference.
