Hi there - we were away when the Now Box was delivered and Royal Mail returned it to Now before we go in and get it. Does anyone know how to re-order the delivery of the box? There doesn't seem to be an easy option. Thanks!
Do you actually mean router? NOW no longer manufacture or supply any TV devices.
Call the broadband team to see if they can sort it for you.
NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.
