For those of you that are suffering from this issue, and have tried almost everything to fix it...
Try changing the time zone of your box (manually), to another timezone that best matches your location.
Example:
For UK timezones, switch to Portugal timezone.
This is by all means not a solution, but a quick fix to get you viewing live TV.
