Lack of pictures when scrolling

Hi

I’ve been with NOW TV for about 3 months.

the last 6 weeks I get the odd buffering

but what annoys me even more is there’s no

pictures!

I can be scrolling through you tube ,Instagram even amazon

the first say 20 pictures come up.

then each picture is just blank .

I never had this with my last BB provider AND I couldn’t get fibre with them,

lve noticed no difference in speed either

ive done the usual turning of WiFi on my phone,my router couldn’t be any closer

ive unplugged apart from resetting the router I’m at a loss.

Is the NOW box connected via Ethernet or Wi-fi?

For slow Wi-fi you can separate the channels whereas the signal is often mashed together.

Your Hub Two is dual-band (2.4GHz and 5 GHz). Splitting these bands to create 2 different Wi-Fi networks can help to improve the speed to your devices. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Connect your Hub Two to your laptop or computer using an Ethernet cable.
  2. Open your web browser and enter "192.168.0.1” in the address bar.
  3. Select Maintenance and enter “admin” and “nowtv” as the username and password.
  4. Select Wireless and then 2.4 GHz Wireless Settings
  5. Scroll down to “Wireless Access Point” and uncheck Synchronise 2.4GHz and 5GHz Settings.
  6. In the ‘Name (SSID)’ box, Change the network name to distinguish it from the current network (e.g. add “_2.4G” to the current name). Select Apply.
  7. Check the network name has been updated, and then select 5GHz Wireless Settings.
  8. To be able to see easily which network is which on your devices, change the ‘Name (SSID)’ here too (e.g. add “_5G” to the current name). Select Apply.
  9. That’s it. Select Logout at the top of the screen to exit.

@gavs82008 Surely that is my business? Why does it matter? Are you now policing us?

No I don’t work for NOW and not do I “police” the forum, was just being curious.
Sorry if I caused any offence.

When you are on either “Using NOW” or “Talking NOW” pages you should see the option near the top to create “New Post”. Have taken a screenshot for you, see below.

Sorry I've had a bad day. I've never heard of talking now or using now.

It’s all good, hope your doing ok!

So “Using NOW” and “Talking NOW” are the 2 sections of the community where you can create “posts”(threads).

Whenever you open the community you often see this screen (below). If you select either “Using”’ or “Talking”, you’ll get the option to create “New Post” which is starting a new thread.
