I have the older smart box (not the 4k one).
as we all know, when hard wired into modem with Virgin broadband, it keeps losing internet connection every few minutes when streaming now tv. (loads of threads in here on this)
this has been going on since Jan.
I tried again last night, and still the same problem, so had to resort to connection via WiFi.
Does anyone know if this problem persists on the newer 4k smart box?
