Internet signal help

I have a Now TV box that has worked perfectly up until about a week ago, now the quality is awful and it often stops with a 'no internet signal' message. 

At first I thought this was my internet, but the internet on all three of my computers, my PS4, my tablet AND my smart TV that I was using the Now TV box on were all perfectly fine.

I'm a little bit annoyed as I only purchased this box about a year ago after I was told that my previous Now TV box (the original white one that was first released) was no longer being updated, so I got the newer black one. I'll be very disappointed if I have to buy ANOTHER Now TV box just to watch Sky TV

I was wondering if anyone else has this problem?

Perhaps try going through some of these trouble shooting steps to see if it fixes the poor wifi reception on your nowtv box.

If practically possible in your home, i would always recommend using an Ethernet connection which gives a more stable experience than wifi.
